Just Drive is an application designed to discourage distracted driving by incentivizing users with complimentary or discounted rewards in exchange for refraining from using their phones while driving. The system operates on a point-based reward system, where the longer a driver goes without using their phone, the more points they accumulate. These points can be redeemed for discounts and rewards at various establishments.

To get started, users simply need to open the app at the beginning of their daily commute and initiate the drive by pressing the 'Start Drive' button. The timer will commence once the vehicle reaches 10 MPH, allowing users to accrue savings based on their driving time. The total points earned can be easily viewed in the top right corner of the app.

If users wish to utilize their accumulated points, they can navigate to the 'Rewards' section, select the desired reward by pressing the 'Shop' button, and later redeem the points at checkout using the 'Redeem' button. Whether users opt to use points intermittently or accumulate them for larger rewards, they are essentially being rewarded for adhering to safe driving practices.

Just Drive was developed by a recipient of the Red Bull Launch Institute Award and has garnered recognition from SMU Big iDeas. Furthermore, it has been showcased in prominent media outlets such as CBS DFW and NBC 5.
